Creating a Support Request
If you encounter issues or need assistance while using TytonAI, you can submit a support request directly from the platform.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open the Help Menu
- Navigate to the top navigation bar of the TytonAI interface.
- Click the Help button (located on the far-left side).
- From the dropdown, select Create Support Ticket.
2. Fill Out the Support Form
A "Contact Support" window will appear with the following fields:
Subject
- Enter a brief summary of the issue you are facing.
- Example: Cannnot login to TytonAI
Description
- Provide a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Include steps to reproduce, relevant screenshots, or error messages if available.
Priority
- Choose how urgent your issue is:
- Low.
- Normal (default).
- High.
- Urgent.
Type
- Select the type of support you need:
- Problem.
- Feature Request.
- Question.
- Feedback.
Tags
- Optional: Click one or more relevant tags to categorize your request.

3. Submit the Ticket
- Once all fields are filled in, click Submit Ticket at the bottom right of the form.
What Happens Next?
- A support ticket will be created and sent to the TytonAI support team.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number.
- A support representative will follow up as soon as possible.
